Stock Dogs operates on a private membership basis, offering a consistent, structured and enriching daycare experience within a calm, low volume environment.

Memberships are available from 1-4 days per week, with your chosen day reserved to provide routine, familiarity and stability for your dog.

Our pricing is calculated over 48 weeks of the year, allowing for planned closures, holidays and seasoned breaks.

How do I join Stock Dogs

Joining Stock Dogs is a simple considered process designed to ensure the right fit for both your dog and our carefully managed environment.

• Request a complimentary assessment session

Membership is limited to maintain the highest standards of care and group balance.

Attending Daycare

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all dogs, we operate within a structured routine and ask that the following guidelines are followed:

    1.    Collars, ID Tags, and Coats:

           •    All dogs must wear a collar or harness with an up-to-date ID tag.

           •    If your dog usually wears an Equafleece or coat, please ensure they arrive with it.

           •    On particularly wet days, we recommend providing a microfibre dog robe for aftercare.

    2.    Leads:

           •    We use our own leads, so there’s no need to leave one out for collection.

           •    If you’re dropping off, we’ll greet you and swap your lead with ours.

    3.    Feeding:

           •    If your dog requires feeding during their stay, please provide their food in a labeled       Tupperware-type container.

    4.    Communication:

           •    Updates such as photos or messages about daycare guests will only be shared    between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

    5.    Feeding Before Daycare:

           •    Ensure your dog is fed at least 1.5 hours before drop-off or collection to avoid any discomfort during their stay.

    6.    Facility Tours:

           •    To maintain a calm and settled environment, we are unable to offer tours during operating hours.

Important Notes

“Drop & Go” approach

To help dogs settle quickly and confidently, we ask that all arrivals are prompt and kept brief.

This is particularly important for new and trial dogs, allowing us to assess them calmly without disruption.

Arrival Times

We are unable to acept arrivals after 9.30am once gates are closed. Missed sessions due to late arrival cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
