Booking with us

Following your booking enquiry, we will send you our digital Pet Information Form, which must be completed and returned to ensure the service(s) requested is/are right for your canine and before any provisional bookings can be made. 

A 2hr trial will be arranged to determine whether your canine is happy and socialises well within our daycare environment. Book here

For Home-Boarding: Following a successful 2hr trial, an over night trial* will then be scheduled and must take place before your boarding dates are confirmed. 

*standard over night rate applies.

Subject to successful trials, your Daycare can now be booked and holiday dates can now be secured.  

What do I need to bring along?

For Daycare: 

All canine guests must wear a collar or harness with an up to date ID tag and Equafleece/coat if this is something they usually wear. We use our own leads so no need to leave a lead out if we are collecting. We will greet you if you are dropping off and switch your lead with ours. We recommend a Microfibre Dog Robe if it is a particularly wet day. 

We can feed your dog if this is required: please ensure food is labeled in a Tupperware type container. 

NB. Please ensure your dog has been fed at least 1.5hrs prior to pick up/drop off to daycare. 

For Boarding: 

• Regular pet bed.
• Food for the duration of their stay. We can also provide the highest quality raw food for an extra charge. Please contact us here for further information.
• Special bowl ie slow feeder (if applicable).
• Any medication with written instructions.
• Equafleece, Summer Suits, Coats and/or Dog Robe.
