PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE CREATING A STOCK DOGS ONLINE ACCOUNT

We do not accept banned breeds. We only accept Small/medium breeds for boarding. No dogs with a history of aggression or aggressive tendencies. We do accept any dog for boarding with separation anxiety or dogs that cannot be left alone for ANY period of time (howl, bark etc), or who cannot sleep in a separate room to their owner or has any destructive tendencies (chew/scratch/burrow furniture/objects etc). Dogs must be well socialised and have good recall. Dogs must be toilet trained. Dogs must be clean/groomed on arrival with a maintained coat and trimmed nails. If dogs usually use a pet bed/blanket or bedding - this must be clean. Dogs must not excessively scent or dominate. No un-castrated males over a year old. We are unable to accepts dogs with attend other daycare/boarding facilities. Regular subscribing daycare guests will be offered peak times prior to non regular clients. Dogs must not be in season during any service. Males must be castrated over a year old. Chemically castrated dogs will be not be accepted. No booking is confirmed until a successful trial has taken place. In the unlikely event of injury/illness etc whilst in our care, your dog will be taken to their local registered vet practice or Stock Dogs Ltd registered practice - House & Jackson, Billericay. NOTE: Stock Dogs will not be financially responsible for any vet cost(s)/treatment(s), therefore we strongly advise you have your own pet insurance in place.

ALL SERVICES ARE SUBJECT TO A SUCCESSFUl TRIAL: 

Daycare: 2hr trial 

Boarding: Daycare and over night boarding trial (standard rate, subject to availability). 

ALL DOGS MUST BE HEALTHY, FREE FROM ILLNESS, AND UP TO DATE WITH ALL FLEE, WORM TREATMENTS AND VACCINATIONS.

FEEDING

WE ARE UNABLE TO COOK, OR PREP ANY FRESH FOOD FOR YOUR DOGS. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT QUANTITY FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR DOGS STAY WITH US AND LABEL ANY CONTAINERS, VESSELS OR ITEMS CLEARLY. 

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM PACKING FOOD/WATER BOWLS OR TOYS. (UNLESS A SLOW FEEDER). 

DAYCARE: Pick up and drop off

Mon-Fri only (closed on public holidays)

Drop off: 8.15am - 9.30am only 

Pick up: 4.30pm - 5.30pm only*

Communication with owners of daycare guest's will only be between the hours of 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri. Any communication outside of these hours will be dealt with the next working day unless in an emergency.

*Late pick up will incur a fee at £5 per 15mins. Repeated late pick up will result in cancellation of daycare space.

BOARDING (Only available to our regular daycare guests)

DROP OFF:  8.30am - 10am Mon-Sat**

PICK UP: 9am - 10am* Mon-Sat*

Minimum 2 nights at the weekend, to include Sundays and Bank Holidays.

**Late pick up (after 10am) will incur a standard daycare charge of £32. 

Communication with owners of boarding guest's will only be between the hours of 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri. Any communication outside of these hours will be dealt with the next working day .No updates/communication (photo's etc) will be shared at weekends unless in an emergency.

*Additional daycare available. Pick up and drop off available subject to availability and additional charged.

Cancellations & Amendments 

If the client needs to cancel or amend a booking due to the pet being unwell or for any other reason, the client can do so via the Collar app, but must be within 48hrs of the booking or they will be be charged at full rate. If Stock Dogs cannot provide the service agreed, we will endeavour to give 48hrs notice.
