PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE SELECTING ANY SERVICE

General Eligibility

    •    Banned breeds are not accepted.

    •    No dogs with a history of aggression or aggressive tendencies.

    •    We do not accept dogs with:

          Separation anxiety (e.g, barking, howling).

          Potential/history of destructive tendencies or a history (chewing, scratching, burrowing).

    •    Dogs must be:

         Well-socialised and have good recall.

         Toilet-trained.

         Clean and groomed on arrival, with a maintained coat and trimmed nails.

    •    Dogs must not excessively scent-mark or dominate.

    •    Un-castrated males over 1 year old are not accepted, including chemically castrated dogs.

    •    Dogs attending other daycare facilities are not accepted.

    •    Female dogs must not be in season. 

Health Requirements

    •    Dogs must be healthy, free from illness, and up to date with flea, worm, and vaccination treatments.

Daycare

    •    Pick-Up & Drop-Off: Tuesday to Thursday only (closed on public/festive holidays).

    •    Drop-Off: 8:15 am - 9:20 am only.

    •    Pick-Up: 4:30 pm - 5:20 pm only (3:30 pm - 5:00 pm November - March)

    •.   To ensure all dogs in our care have the best experience, we cannot accept daycare arrivals later than 9.30 am (gate close). Any missed days due to late arrivals cannot be refunded or rescheduled. 

Enquiries

    •    Enquires and Communication with owners will strictly be between the hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Tuesday to Friday) via the Collar app messaging service .Outside of these hours, messages will be addressed the next working day unless in an emergency. Messages will not be answered via text or email. Unfortunately we are unable to directly send you personal individual pictures/updates of your dog whilst in our care. All pictures can be view via our social media pages. 

Cancellations & Amendments

    •    Clients can amend bookings via the Collar app with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Due to limited availability, cancellations within 48 hours may not be transferable. No refunds will be given for cancellations on a subscription plan. 

    •    If Stock Dogs cannot provide the agreed service, we will give 48 hours’ notice where possible.

    •    Stock Dogs have the right to cancel a membership at anytime. 

During July and August (and school holidays i.e Easter) - subscripted daycare booking's cannot be rescheduled. 

Subscription Cancellations and Amendments

Stock Dogs require 30 days notice on changes to a daycare subscription. 

Veterinary Care

    •    In the unlikely event of illness or injury, your dog will be taken to their registered vet or Stock Dogs registered practice (House & Jackson, Billericay).

    •     Stock Dogs will not be financially responsible for any vet costs or treatments, therefore we strongly advise owners to have their own pet insurance in place.

Post-Departure Liability

    •    Once a dog departs Stock Dogs, we are not responsible for any injury or illness that may potentially have been caused during their time in our care. Any concerns should be addressed at time of departure.
