Frequently Asked Questions

Daycare is open Tuesday to Friday:

8.15am to 5.30pm - Summer (April - October)

8.15am to 5.00pm - Winter (November - March)


We offer private members' only subscription-based dog daycare providing a structured and enriching experience in a calm, low-volume environment. 


Memberships are available from 1-4 days per week, with additional days subject to availability. All bookings are managed via the Collar App, where pricing can be found.


Dogs spend their day within our private countryside setting, where space, structure and calm are at the centre of everything we do.


Set within a 1-acre paddock surrounded by open fields and woodland, dogs enjoy a carefully managed balance of exercise, social interaction and rest, all within natural, enriching environment.


From exploring our woodland to relaxing in our indoor rest area, each part of the day is designed to support confidence, wellbeing and a settled state of mind.


We require a minimum commitment of at least 1 day per week. to support consistancy and rutin within our groups.


We kindly ask that your dog attends on their allocated day(s) wherever possible. Should you need to make a change, sessions can be rescheduled via the app with atleast 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.


Our gates open in the morning from 8.15am to 9.30am and in the afternoon from 4.30pm to 5.30pm (3.30pm - 5.00pm in winter).


We ask that all arrivals and collections take place within these times to maintain the structure of the day and ensure a calm, settled environment for all dogs.


If you require access outside of these times, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.


Yes - additional days can be requested via the Collar app and are offered subject to availability and group balance.


Yes - sessions can be rescheduled via the Collar app with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.


For changes within 48 hours, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist where possible.


Due to the limited nature of our membership, sessions are non-refundable.


Where possible, we recommend rescheduling your booking within your billing period. No refunds or credits are offered for unused days.


Yes - transport can be requested via the Collar app on an ad-hoc basis, subject to availability.


Collection, drop-off or both can be selected. This service can also be added to your regular membership if required.


Our collection service operates between 8.30am - 9.30am, with afternoon returns from 4.15pm to 5.15pm (4.00pm - 5.00pm in winter).


We kindly ask that all dogs are ready for collection to ensure a smooth and timely journey for all.


Yes - we are happy to securely hold keys or key-safe access details where required. All arrangements are handled with care and confidentiality.


Memberships are calculated over 48 weeks of the year to allow for holidays and planned closures.


For this reason, missed days are not refunded or credited.


Yes - please provide food in a clearly labelled container with your dog's name.


We operate a carefully masnaged, members-only environment and therefore not all dogs will be suitable.


Each dog is assessed to ensure the right fit for our groups, helping us maintain a calm, balanced and safe environment for all.
