Friday Pack Leader 

Location: Stock Dogs Ltd, Stock, Essex

Employment basis: Self Employed 

Hours: 8.30am - 5pm

Rate of pay: £12.71 per hour

We’re looking for a confident and passionate Pack Leader, to join us every Friday at our multi award-winning, 5* independent daycare.

Stock Dogs is an exclusive members-only canine country club, where dogs attend regularly and thrive on routine, structure and enrichment. We pride ourselves on high standards and providing an exceptional experience, ensuring every dog enjoys a safe, stimulating and fulfilling day.

As a pack leader, you’ll be responsible for supervising a Friday daycare group safely and confidently managing dogs of different breeds, sizes and personalities, reading canine body language, and creating a calm, balanced environment where every dog can flourish.

We’re looking for someone who has a genuine understanding of dog behaviour, can confidently lead a group of dogs, and shares our exceptionally high standards of care.

You’ll need:

✅ Preferably, proven experience handling groups of dogs (daycare or professional dog walking experience)

✅ Excellent knowledge of canine behaviour and body language. Canine first aid qualification as a minimum. 

✅ Confidence managing dogs of all breeds, sizes and temperaments

✅ Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently

✅ A genuine passion for providing enriching experiences for dogs

✅ Over 25 years of age

✅ Full, clean UK driving licence

✅ Confidence driving a larger vehicle (essential for pick-ups and drop-offs)

✅ DBS checked
